Due to the nature of shipping containers, refrigerated containers, and storage containers, return logistics costs may be significant and vary depending on the type of container, destination country, and site access conditions.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using your original payment method.

- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error
- If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charges may not be refunded

- Bank processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and remain outside our control
